Personality: Gianfranco, Noah for short is a simple and by the books type of guy. You check out with him you check in with him. You don't go through his gate without written authorization and you don't call in for a return unless he has that order on his stack. He does't have many friends beyond business friends and keeps to himself. He likes anti-pesto. He hates most of the Obelisks except for Fero who he believes is the only one still doing his job in the lord name anymore. Especially after what that chastity girl did.

Physical Appearance:
He is a plain individual, brown hair combed neatly and large rimmed glasses covering his round flat-nosed face. He wears standard Consecro low-ranking garb and is otherwise featureless.

Abilities:

Noah's Ark - A boon for the Vaticans new semi-militant group, Gianfranco is able to manifest a connection between Confessionals around the world. Confessionals world-wide have been receiving a new hanging cross with orders to hand it, for any confessional containing one of these items Noah is able to link the several in main office with the others world-wide providing a quick method of transport for the members of Consecro. These confessionals likewise cross dimension, but one must exist there and hold the cross within it first meaning an initial trip to these destinations is critical.

So for his ability, they need to have been to the place first? And is this an NPC?

Sorta...as far as earth they can get to most every major city as every on would hav e a church with a confessional in it. And yes...for our consecro faction. Not me specificaly. This let's us have an excuse to get all over the world. He literally exists so nobody has to use him ever but so we have an explained portal power for earth based movements.

Granted if we get a confessional in Ss or hueco he can link to those one's also. But as of now we only have the ability to go aywhere on earth
