When meteor crashes struck Earth in early 2012, nothing was the same. Humans began developing strange, new powers, and with it creatures came forth, no longer the stuff of legend and stories. Reports surfaced of those outside the incident, during the past with previous meteor crashes, the same thing happened. Except those outside the city are now commonly viewed as powerful creatures, some even deities.
