Personality: Ok people the first thing everyone needs to know is this! Kaede is a hero!! Well at least that’s how he sees him self. He views him self as a one man army hell bent on protecting those who can’t protect themselves, a light against the darkness, a fighter of the wicked and gods gift to woman kind all rolled up into one astounding bundle! As you can probably guess this man has no lack of self confidence, in fact he nearly oozes the stuff (GROSS >.>)!! Its actually gotten sooo bad that others around him start to feel the effects….Hell the most depressed self loathing kid starts to actually feel GOOD about them selves just with the guy near by! He claims it’s a talent (I say it’s a disease!) that he’s cultivated over the years….Most people say he’s full of shit.
The second thing you need to know is actually rather simple!! Dancing equals life! At least for an extrovert like Kaede, the dance is a metaphor for his life, the way he chooses to live it, and how he reacts to others. He moves through his life with fluidity, reacting and acting in time with music only he can hear. This makes him an odd individual to watch because he always seems to be moving, even when standing perfectly still.
The third thing you must know is this! Kaede is…a little out there. IF he was rich people would call him eccentric, but since he’s not people have been known at time to call the poor man crazy! This may not be entirely unfounded words considering his odd habit of striping at the most inopportune times, but that’s the limit! He’s not unstable or insane….He just has a unique way of looking at the world, and some rather awkward mannerisms that make it hard to function in polite society.
The last thing everyone needs to know is this and it may be the most important, everything he does he does out of love! Whether for his nation, his friends, or oddest of all that random feeling of attachment you some times feel for that random stranger on the street. This love is what drives him, fuels him, and makes him who and what he is! Now that isn’t to say he loves EVERYONE but it’s a close thing. He can feel kinship with just about any person he meets no matter their occupation, social standing or culture.
Physical Appearance: Ok so when some one says super hero, the first thing your likely to imagine is a man(Or woman) Wearing tight spandex, a cap, and have their underwear on the outside, who’s features are unmarked by blemishes or scars(Which is remarkable considering how much punishment they must take). Well im happy to say Kaede doesn’t hold to this stereotype!! In fact he isn’t even a superhero (Though don’t tell him that…he’s likely to get upset) he’s your average six foot eleven Japanese man.
Ok I guess average is a misnomer; there are few things average about him. From his blind right eye, to the bells he habitually wears in his hair he defiantly makes an odd sight as he strides down the street, a ready smile on his face and a sparkle in his good eye. The cloths he wears(When he can manage to keep them on) on any given day depends entirely on what hes doing, if hes working well hes wearing his uniform and katana, if its just the average day he could be wearing any number of things from a sweats to three piece suit or even if the mood strikes him hakama.
Now most people would expect a man of his stature to be a man of serious demeanor, but by and large there couldn’t be anything farther from the truth. The timber of his voice is soft, sweet and joking. His walk is relaxed, springy and full of energy. All in all hes not nearly as intimidating as he could be most of the time, and most find him rather pleasing to be around.
ZanpakutōName: Matsu
Zanpakutō spirit: Matus takes the form of a large beast thats something of a cross between a lion and a wolf. Its body measuring over eight feet in length and standing at five feet at the shoulder. Her face is an odd combination of canine and feline characteristics, with oddly human lips capable of making human like expressions. Her fur is a glossy black with stripes the color of moon light running through it, and her eyes are amber in color.
Sealed form: Matsu takes the form of a Long straight tanto knife measuring just under a foot in total length. Its made of a dull non reflective metal that has the phases of the moon etched in silver running down the blade.
Inner Worldli His inner world takes the form of a vast primeval forest, filled animals long since dead in any world. The trees seem to into the sky and their spreading branches are what makes the canopy of the world. Its a vibrant, rich place filled with color and energy, where everything is in balance with everything else.
ShikaiCall out phrase: Pakku o shōkan! Matsu!(Summon the pack! Matsu!)
Shikai description: His shikai takes the form of a long curved dagger just over a foot in total length, and a gauntlet shaped to look like a wolfs head and maw. Both are ornate and colored to match Matsu. The eyes of the wolfs maw gauntlet are gens the exact shade and coloring of Matsu's as well, down to the pupil.
Ability: Matsu and Kaede act as one as they fight. When ever Kaede attacks with the dagger, Matsu lashes out with her claws. When ever he strikes with his Wolf head gauntlet she attacks with her maw. Once the attack is preformed Matsu disappears once again. These attacks come from the exact opposite side that Kaede preforms his own attack. So if he struck at someones face with his gauntlet, Matsu would bite and latch onto that same persons leg.
Techniques: Fable of Fang and Claw: Kaede strikes with both of his weapons in a rapid flourish, this in turn allows Matsu to attack rapidly as well.
Pulling Teeth: Opening his gauntlet wide, Kaede fires off the fangs inside, this in turn causes Matsu to appear some where and fire off a barrage of energy from her mouth that solidify into large, sharp fangs, if they make contact with the enemy they stick to them causing pain with every motion. 2 post cool down.
Wild Feast: By consuming the body, or what ever is left over from a dead and defeated enemy, Kaede and Matsu can restore their lost energy. This of course takes time and is generally not used in combat.
Bankai Bankai name: Kari no kami Matsu(God of the Hunt Matsu)
Bankai description: When his Bankai is released a flash of green energy envelops Kaede and a thick silvery mist covers the battle filed, this mist travels with the combatants and can not be blown away, along with this the mist obscures the view of whom ever is caught in it, and sounds echo around. So much so that if you speak you can hardly tell it was you who said the words. Through out the fog the shadows move, and the long echoing howl of Matsu can be heard. Kaede's weapons once again change, this time his hands have paw like claw gauntlets, and his feet have the same. In each hand he carries a long curved dagger.
Ability: Matsu and her pack are summoned in the fog(her pack are half her sized) and they attack and defend as Kaede wishes. These wolves(For lack of a better term) are completely and utterly silent and have all the senses attributed to wolves but are far, far stronger. These wolves seem to have no end, though at any one time only seven can ever be seen. Kaede and Matsu each share their sense with the wolves. The wolves can of course be dispersed by attacks and it is in all actuality rather easy to. Simply attack them and if it connects, they dissolve back into the mist to reform three posts later. Matsu as the actual manifestation of his Bankai can be defeated through the usual means IE inflicting significant damage on her so that she must revert.
Techniques: Howl of the Night Pack: The wolves let out a directed howl that seems to shake the very heavens at a targeted enemy. This directed sound wave is strong enough to up root trees and knock over buildings, and the more wolves there are(Up to seven) the stronger the effect will be. (4 post cool down)
Hearts Blood:Kaede and his pack can consume his still living enemies, if they latch onto an enemy they can start to drain their energy and give it to them selves. Though this is harder to manage with higher level opponents.
Bait and Switch: Kaede and Matsu can change places with any of the seven wolves seen by their enemies. Allowing them to strike at unexpected angles and to close distance with an enemy in a blink of an eye. 2 post cool down.
Primal Surge: Kaede lets out a demented howl and his grieves and gauntlets start to spread up and down his body giving him armor that looks makes him look like Matsu with the colors reversed. This gives him a muzzle, claws and the same golden eyes of his Zanpakutō as well as what looks like fur made out of silver. This a limiter remover and allows him to fight and react quicker then he had been before. He becomes the king of predators.
Inner HollowName of inner hollow: Oni No Kari
Personality: When one thinks of a tiger, they picture a solitary beast, who’s master of its domain, prowling the night in search of pray. This is an apt description of Adryion, other then the fact he’s more of a caged beast, unable to prowl as he wants, unable to hunt, to kill to feed. At times hes almost over whelmed with his baser nature but he manages to keep it in check, but at times his predatory nature leaks through and it can be seen in the change of his gait, and the way he eyes people, it makes him come off as ether creepy or in some cases alluring and more then one person has fallen into his trap.
Appearance: He take the form of a nightmare, a monstrosity of scales, teeth and flashing disturbingly human eyes. It has a well muscled and scaled torso, Molted red and green skin, four powerful if slightly stocky limbs a long scaly neck topped with a monstrous reptilian head. The most horrifying part though is the disturbingly human face on the center of its chest, out of place and locked in a scream of agony, that feature alone is more then enough to send men running away in terror.
